Child Safety Standards

BlackSeat is a ticketing platform for live events. The safety of minors is a fundamental priority. We have zero tolerance for any content, behavior, or conduct that endangers children.

The following are strictly prohibited on BlackSeat and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement where required:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
• Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) — including grooming, solicitation, or any sexual conduct involving minors
• Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children
• Using the platform to facilitate contact with minors for exploitative or harmful purposes
• Any attempt to circumvent age-verification or parental controls to expose minors to inappropriate content

BlackSeat reviews reports of policy violations promptly. Accounts found to be in violation of these standards are permanently banned. Where legally required, we report suspected CSAM or CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement.

If you encounter content or behavior that you believe endangers a child, report it immediately:

• Use the in-app Report button on any profile or event listing
• Email our child safety contact directly (see below)

In an emergency or if a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement.
